In a major comeback for the GOP, Donald Trump was elected as the 47th president of the United States, with his opponent, Vice President Kamala Harris, calling to concede the election Wednesday morning.
Trump’s victory in Wisconsin early Wednesday morning cleared the 270 electoral votes needed to secure the White House. Trump also took Pennsylvania and Michigan, the latter of which shattered the “Blue Wall” that Harris needed to stay in the race. 11/6/2024
