Ohio’s congressional delegation this week heard from nearly 200 Ohio manufacturers, urging the lawmakers to help stop implementation of the walkaround rule proposed by OSHA. As previously reported, the rule poses significant threats to manufacturers’ intellectual property and would provide plant access to union leaders.
