Manufacturers, educators, economic development officials, and community leaders convened as U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown’s office hosted its third Summer Manufacturing Camp Summit on Feb. 2 at Ohio University’s campus in Dublin. The OMA has been a partner in this effort to showcase manufacturing careers to young Ohioans. Over the last eleven years, Brown’s office has launched 35 summer manufacturing camps for students in grades 4-8 across 22 Ohio counties.
