Update:  On April 6, 2015, FirstEnergy filed a memorandum contra the joint interlocutory appeal filed by OMA Energy Group and others.  Among other things, FirstEnergy contended it was reasonable for the attorney examiner to order all parties to file supplemental testimony on the AEP Order factors regarding the PPA rider on the same day, and that it would be unreasonable for the attorney examiner to delay certain deadlines previously established in the case in order to wait for the Commission to issue an entry on rehearing in the AEP ESP case.
