Update: OMAEG intervened this week in Duke’s distribution rate case to protect against unreasonable and/or unjustifiable increases in rates. As you may recall, the PUCO approved Duke’s proposed test period of April 1, 2016, through March 31, 2017, with a date certain of June 30, 2016.
