Update:  On April 23, 2014, the Commission adopted the stipulation entered into by Duke, OCC, and Staff, approving the greater than 100% increase in Rider AMRP rates for commercial customers proposed by Duke, in spite of OMA’s cross-examination of Duke’s witness on the reasonableness of the increase at a hearing on the matter.  The new Rider AMRP rates increase the monthly cost of the rider for most commercial customers from $10.33 to $21.32.
