Update: OMAEG’s motion to intervene in this proceeding was granted. On March 28, 2014, Duke filed a statement with the Commission stating that the issues raised in the parties’ comments had not been resolved. On March 31, 2014, Duke filed a Stipulation and Recommendation signed by the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel (“OCC”) and Staff. Duke also filed additional testimony of Peggy A. Laub in support of the stipulation and recommendation. OMAEG did not sign the stipulation and opposed it at the April 3, 2014 hearing.
