Update: DP&L filed a response to the claim that it is engaging in gamesmanship by withholding information about the case. In response to criticisms made by the Office of the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel (OCC), DP&L states that it has recently produced much of the information requested by OCC and is actively working towards producing additional information.
