Update: The PUCO agreed with OMA Energy Group and rejected Duke’s request to extend the filing date of its energy efficiency and peak demand reduction program portfolio plan to October 15, 2016, stating the request was excessive. As ordered, Duke must file its plan by June 15, 2016.
