Update:  On July 28, 2014, the OCC filed a reply in support of its motion to compel discovery responses and a reply in support of its motion to hold ruling in abeyance.

On July 29, 2014, a number of intervening parties, not including OMA, filed a joint motion for a prehearing conference to rule on pending motions before the Commission. Duke filed a memo contra on July 30, 2014.
