Update:  The PUCO is currently undergoing its five-year review period and has been conducting rule review workshops in order to engage stakeholders in the rule review process.  The workshops are as follows: August 6 for CRES rules; August 13 for Ohio Power Siting Board rules; August 16 for Gas Pipeline Safety, Alternative Energy Portfolio Standard, and Green Pricing Programs rules; August 17 for Electric rules generally; August 24 for Transportation rules; and, September 6 for Wireless Enhanced E-911 rules.  All workshops will be held at the PUCO offices.  After the workshops, the PUCO Staff issues draft changes to the rules and parties have an opportunity to provide comments on Staff’s proposals.  We will attended any pertinent rule workshops and provide recommended comments on Staff’s proposed rules as necessary.
