Update: This week, FirstEnergy conducted a deposition of OMA Energy Group witness Ned Hill on his Supplemental and Second Supplemental Testimony, respectively filed on May 11, 2015 and August 10, 2015.

The evidentiary hearing on FirstEnergy’s application and stipulations is scheduled to commence on Monday, August 31, 2015.
