Update: AEP-Ohio continues settlement negotiations with intervening parties with the goal of resolving matters in this proceeding.  OCC filed a motion for a procedural schedule requesting that intervenor testimony be due 60 days after the filing of AEP-Ohio’s testimony, Staff’s testimony be due 14 days after intervenor testimony, and the evidentiary hearing commence at least 30 days later.  On August 6, 2013, the attorney examiner granted, in part, OCC’s motion and set the following procedural schedule:

November 4, 2013 – Parties should file an issues list
November 18, 2013 – AEP-Ohio testimony due
November 25, 2013 – Intervenor testimony due
December 9, 2013 – Hearing Begins

Counsel will continue to participate in settlement negotiations and will update OMAEG members of any developments.
