Update: Settlement discussions between AEP and the parties continue to unfold. AEP is trying to garner support for its proposal to recover costs through the PPA Rider. OMA Energy Group counsel is currently reviewing the settlement terms put forth by AEP and other parties. The settlement is anticipated to be filed on December 14, 2015.
