Update: On November 22, 2013, the Commission suspended the 60-day period for consideration of AEP Ohio’s amended corporate separation plan until the Commission orders otherwise.  Under 4901:1-37-06(B), Ohio Administrative Code, a filing to revise or amend a utility’s corporate separation plan will be automatically approved unless the Commission acts within 60 days after it is filed.  The Commission determined that it needed more time to review AEP Ohio’s amended corporate separation plan and has thus suspended the 60-day time period until further notice.
