Update: On November 14, 2014, the Environmental Law and Policy Center (ELPC) and the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) filed motions to intervene in the proceeding. Intervenors’ initial comments on Duke’s proposal are due on December 5, 2014. OMA Energy Group will be submitting comments arguing against the extension of Duke’s shared savings mechanism in 2016.
