Update: On November 21, 2014, FirstEnergy filed a reply to OCC and Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council’s (joint movants) joint memorandum contra the motion to amend the procedural schedule previously filed by FirstEnergy. On the same day, FirstEnergy also filed a motion to strike the joint movants’ motion to strike.

On December 1, 2014, the attorney examiner issued an entry which, among other things, denied the motions to strike and amended the procedural schedule governing the case. In accordance with the entry, the following schedule applies: the discovery cut-off is December 8, 2014; intervenor testimony is due December 22, 2014; Staff testimony is due January 9, 2015; the prehearing conference will take place on January 16, 2015; and the evidentiary hearing will commence on January 28, 2015.
