Update: On December 4, 2013, the Commission issued an Opinion and Order approving the Stipulation the parties entered into in November. Among other things, the Stipulation provides that $30,000 will be paid by DP&L annually to OMA for the term of the portfolio program in order for OMA members to implement energy efficiency programs. The Stipulation also provides OMA with a one-time payment from DP&L to be devoted to cost-sharing research.
