Update:  On February 20, 2014, reply comments were filed by the Citizens’ Coalition, DP&L, Nucor Steel Marion, Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council, FirstEnergy, Duke Energy Retail Sales, OCC, Duke Energy Ohio, FirstEnergy Solutions (FES), Sierra Club, IGS Energy, Direct Energy Services, Ohio Power, and the Retail Energy Supply Association.  The reply comments largely reiterated the themes and concerns set forth in previously-filed comments.
