Update:  FES, Duke Energy Ohio, DP&L, and OCC filed reply comments on February 19, 2014.  FES states in its reply comments that it agrees with Staff that the Commission should allow sufficient time to review the plan to transfer assets after DP&L files its supplemental application, however, FES does not believe that an August 1, 2014 deadline for filing the supplemental application allows enough time for the assets to be transferred by May 31, 2014.  In its reply comments, Duke requests the opportunity to file additional comments after DP&L files its supplemental application.
