Update: On February 20, 2015, the attorney examiner granted the motions to intervene of OMA Energy Group and IEU-Ohio and suspended the automatic approval process established under the EEC Pilot program for these applications in order to more fully consider the comments filed by OMA Energy Group and others in the cases.
