Update: On February 6, 2014, OMAEG filed comments in this proceeding. Generally, OMAEG agrees with the contents of the Market Development Plan issued by Staff. OMAEG recommends that the Commission require utilities to provide most transparent, understandable information and products available and that the Commission work with nearby states to develop and standardize best practices across the region for implementing improvements to the retail electric service market.

The Ohio Partners for Affordable Energy, AARP, the Ohio Poverty Law Center, Edgemont Neighborhood Coalition, ProSeniors, Inc., Southeastern Ohio Legal Services, Legal Aid Society of Columbus, Legal Aid Society of Cleveland, Communities United for Action, and the Citizens Coaltion filed joint comments.
