Update:  Appalachian Peace and Justice Network filed a motion to intervene on February 4, 2014.

This week the Attorney Examiner also denied the joint application for shortening the discovery response time, finding that the procedural schedule allowed ample time for discovery.  The deadline to respond to discovery requests remains 20 days from the date of service.
