Update:  Staff issued its review and recommendation of DP&L’s updated energy efficiency rider tariffs, recommending that the updated tariffs should become effective as soon as possible.  Staff noted that the tariff changes will result in a significant increase in dollars spent on commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs.  Staff states that this increase places DP&L in a similar range with the other regulated Ohio utilities.
