Update:  On January 3, 2014, Republic Steel filed a motion for extension of the procedural schedule in this matter, which requested that the evidentiary hearing be moved from January 7, 2014 to February 13, 2014.  The motion was granted and the evidentiary hearing is now scheduled to recommence on February 13, 2014 at 10:00 A.M.

A settlement conference regarding the unique arrangement is also scheduled to take place on January 14, 2014.
