Update:  As a result of the workshops held in this proceeding, Staff has filed its Market Development Work Plan for Ohio electric markets.  Comments on the Market Development Work Plan are due on February 6, 2014.  We are in the process of reviewing the Work Plan and will provide a separate written summary.
