Update: On January 21, 2015, FirstEnergy filed an errata revision to the Stipulation and Recommendation (Stipulation) it previously filed on December 22, 2014. The errata replaces certain language which previously appeared in the Stipulation relating to FirstEnergy’s amended portfolio plan. The errata asserts that the energy efficiency and peak demand reduction programs recommended by the signatory parties to the stipulation may be additions to FirstEnergy’s amended portfolio plan, which was approved by the Commission in Case No. 12- 2190-EL-POR, et al. The errata also states that if the Commission deems it necessary to administer the implementation of FirstEnergy’s amended plan, such approval shall constitute the Commission’s approval of these programs for inclusion in the Amended plan pursuant to FirstEnergy’s Verified Application in Case No. 12-2190-EL-POR, et al.

Additional depositions of intervenor witnesses also continued this week. Supplemental intervenor testimony, which OMA Energy Group will be filing, is due on February 5, 2015.
