Update: The PUCO recently reviewed DP&L’s application to increase its distribution rates and found that the application meets all applicable filing requirements. As directed by the PUCO, DP&L will soon publish an announcement about the case in local newspapers which will advise customers about the major features of the application and explain to them how they can make objections about any features that they view as unjust, unreasonable, or discriminatory. While parties are in the discovery phase of the proceeding, parties await the filing of Staff’s report of investigation on the application.
