Update:  On January 2, 2014, interested parties participated in a settlement hearing in an attempt to agree to a stipulation prior to the recommencement of the hearing on January 7, 2014.  Although the parties were not able to come to resolution of the matter that will result in a stipulation prior to January 7, the parties made significant progress and intend to file a motion requesting that the hearing recommencement date take place mid-February.  In the mean time, the parties have agreed to continue to work on developing a settlement that all parties can support.
