Update: On January 27, 2015, AEP Ohio filed a memorandum contra the motions to intervene of RESA and Interstate Gas Supply, Inc., on the grounds that (1) IGS claims to have a real and substantial interest only with respect to one specific issue that may or may not even arise in these proceedings, i.e., how any credit or refund, if ordered, would be implemented; and (2) RESA seeks to intervene only because it is concerned with how any refund will be implemented.
