Update: Parties have filed testimony in support of and in opposition to the latest settlement reached between FE, Staff, and others. Just as they did in the AEP PPA Rider Expansion case, OMA Energy Group witnesses Ned Hill and John Seryak filed testimony explaining their many concerns with the terms of the settlement. An evidentiary hearing on the settlement is scheduled for January 14, 2016.
