Update:  Duke filed its merit brief with the Supreme Court of Ohio on July 2, 2014.  Joint appellants, including OMA, now have an opportunity to file reply briefs.  Ohio Partners for Affordable Energy filed a stipulation for extension of time which applies to all appellants.  Reply briefs are now due August 4, 2014.
