Update:  Similarly to Duke’s gas distribution case, Duke filed an application for increase of its electric rates in which it seeks an increase in the amount of $86.6 million.  Duke proposes that the electric rate increases also take effect in January 2013.  We are reviewing the application and will provide a more substantive review soon.
