Update: The OMAEG continues to work on settlement of this case in an attempt to convince DP&L to provide a more favorable settlement for manufacturers.  On July 17, 2013, DP&L filed a motion requesting the PUCO to extend the deadline for filing objections to August 8, 2013, but that all other aspects of the procedural schedule remain unchanged.  In support of its motion, DP&L stated that more time is need so that parties may engage in further settlement negotiations.  By entry dated July 18, 2013, the attorney examiner granted DP&L’s motion.  We will continue to participate in settlement discussions and will provide updates accordingly.
