Update:  DP&L is continuing settlement discussions with several parties and the next group settlement meeting is scheduled for July 31, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. at the PUCO.

Also, the PUCO recently issued an order modifying the procedural schedule of this case.  Accordingly, intervenor testimony must be filed by August 6, 2012 and PUCO Staff testimony must be filed by August 13, 2012.  Also, a prehearing conference will be held on August 13, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. at the PUCO.  The evidentiary hearing will begin on August 27, 2012.  We will continue to participate in settlement discussions and will provide updates.
