Update: Motions to intervene from diverse stakeholders continue to be filed in the case. Recently, PJM Interconnection, the Retail Energy Supply Association, EnerNOC, and People Working Cooperatively intervened in the case. Discovery is ongoing and parties are awaiting next steps from the PUCO.
