Update: DP&L filed a request with the PUCO to withdraw its currently-effective electric security plan (ESP). DP&L claims the request was prompted by the Ohio Supreme Court’s recent decision which reversed the PUCO’s authorization of DP&L’s Service Stability Rider. If the Commission grants the request, DP&L claims that the PUCO should implement the terms and conditions from the immediately-prior ESP, which was DP&L’s first ESP.
