Update:  This week, the PUCO denied IEU-Ohio’s application for rehearing filed on May 11, 2012.  The PUCO determined that IEU-Ohio did not raise any new arguments that were not already considered and rejected.  Accordingly, the PUCO reconfirmed that the 2009 FAC under-recovery need only be credited for the share of the settlement agreement allocable to Ohio’s retail jurisdictional customers.
