Update: On July 2, 2015, the attorney examiner issued an entry that revised the existing procedural schedule governing the case. Pursuant to the entry, the pertinent dates and deadlines for the remainder of the case are as follows:

• The deadline for discovery requests regarding the Supplemental and Second Supplemental Stipulations is July 27, 2015
• Intervenor additional supplemental testimony must be filed by August 10, 2015 (with additional supplemental testimony being limited to the matters raised in the Supplemental and Second Supplemental Stipulations)
• Testimony on behalf of the Staff is due August 14, 2015
• The prehearing conference currently scheduled for July 14, 2015, is rescheduled to take place on August 18, 2015
• The evidentiary hearing is scheduled to convene on August 31, 2015
