Update: DP&L filed its proposed energy efficiency and peak demand reduction program portfolio plan for 2017-2019 (EE/PDR Plan). DP&L’s EE/PDR plan contains three new non-residential programs: Small Business Direct Install; Commercial Midstream Program; and Combined Heat & Power.  The proposed shared savings mechanism would apply to the extent DP&L exceeds it benchmarks.  According to DP&L, the EE/PDR plan embodies its engagement with stakeholders from the EE/PDR Collaborative. Unless the PUCO provides otherwise, objections to the EE/PDR Plan are due in August.
