Update:  This week, OCC filed a corrected version of its Joint Brief.  According to OCC’s filing, it “misinterpreted the meaning of certain percentage figures that FirstEnergy provided to the parties in its response to a discovery request from AEP Retail.”  As such, OCC misstated the potential increases that residential customers would expect under FirstEnergy’s proposals.  Reply briefs are due June 29th and the Commission will likely issue a decision soon after.  We will continue to follow this case and provide updates.
