Update:  The OMAEG filed its reply brief on June 5, 2013 advocating that the PUCO should reject DP&L’s request for an SSR and DP&L’s arguments that it is similar to AEP-Ohio.  The OMAEG further distinguished DP&L’s situation from last summer’s AEP-Ohio proceeding, and reiterated that price increases decrease manufacturing productivity.  The PUCO should issue a decision in the coming months.  We will continue to monitor and will provide updates accordingly.
