Update:  As reported in last week’s weekly update, the deadline for intervenors to file testimony is March 26, 2013 and the evidentiary hearing is scheduled to commence on April 15, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at the PUCO.  Recall that the OMAEG intervened on behalf of the OMA because we do not have any members in Duke’s service territory.  Similar to the DP&L ESP case, OMA may want to advocate its opposition to Duke’s request for a cost-based capacity charge in a post-hearing brief to avoid exposing a witness to wide-spread cross-examination on unrelated issues.
