Update: As you may recollect, the net metering rules previously approved by the Commission in this case were pulled by the Commission for further examination. On March 13, 2015, the attorney examiner issued an entry scheduling a workshop for the purpose of gathering additional input from stakeholders for the Commission’s review as it considers further potential revisions to it rules on net metering. The workshop is scheduled to take place on May 5, 2015.
