Update: On November 23, 2016, AEP Ohio filed an amended application to extend and modify its ESP III seeking to extend its ESP III through 2024 (a five-year extension) and introduce a new Distribution Technology Rider. This week, the PUCO granted OMAEG and others’ requests to intervene in the case.
