Update: On March 2, 2015, a number of parties, including OMA Energy Group, the Office of the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel, Ohio Partners for Affordable Energy, Kroger, the Retail Energy Supply Association, IGS Energy, and Ohio Energy Group filed supplemental testimony pertaining to certain components of the stipulation previously filed in the case. Additionally, discussions between parties concerning various discovery disputes continued over the course of the week.
