Update: On March 6, 2013, the PUCO issued an entry establishing that interested parties must file comments or objections to the PUCO Staff’s recommendations by March 27, 2013, and reply comments by April 10, 2013. OMAEG Counsel is working with John Seryak, consultant to the OMAEG, in order to determine whether to file comments. We will provide an update soon.
