Update:  On March 7, 2013, the OMAEG participated in a prehearing conference at the PUCO.  The attorney examiners simply modified the procedural schedule and indicated that the proceeding will move forward.  Accordingly, the new procedural schedule is as follows: 1) deadline for intervenors to file testimony is March 26, 2013; 2) deadline for PUCO Staff to file testimony is April 2, 2013; and, 3) the hearing is scheduled to commence on April 15, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at the PUCO.  We will continue to monitor this case and provide updates.
