Update: On May 14, 2015, AEP Ohio filed a memorandum contra the applications for rehearing filed by Industrial Energy Users-Ohio (IEU-Ohio), Kroger, and the joint application for rehearing of OMA Energy Group, the Office of the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel, and Ohio Hospital Association. AEP Ohio contended in its memorandum contra that the issues raised in the applications for rehearing have already been fully considered by the Commission in the AEP Capacity Charge case and when it approved AEP’s Retail Stability Rider (RSR) in the ESP II proceeding.
