Update: Several parties submitted initial briefs this week, including the OMAEG. No parties supported AEP-Ohio’s proposal to charge $355/MW-day for capacity, making it very difficult (but never impossible) for the PUCO to rule in favor of AEP-Ohio’s proposal. Reply briefs are due on May 30th, and the PUCO will likely issue a decision by mid-June.
